Our guide Marzena was very prompt with our hotel pick up, always responded promptly to my mails and gave us a very enlightening 3 hour tour of Warsaw showing us all the important sites. She even bought our train tickets and delivered them to our hotel and shared information about the city's history and amazing reconstruction.

Marzena verfügt über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse. Ihre Kenntnisse bzgl. der Warschauer Geschichte sind umfassend. Sie geht auf jede Frage detailliert ein und ist auch bereit, das Programm entsprechend dem Interessengebiet und den Zeitvorgaben (Verspätung Flug) zu ändern. Ihre ruhige und überlegte Art überträgt sich auch auf eine sichere Autofahrt und Parkplatzsuche. Ich kann Marzena wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Diese Tour war ein Erlebnis ! Sehr nette ,freundliche und vor allem kompetente Reisebegleitung - Frau Marzena. Da wir Deutsch-Polnisch sprechende Teilnehmer waren ,haben uns auf die Führung in Deutsch entschieden , damit unsere Deutsche Gast mehr vom Warschau versteht. Es hat super funktioniert. Unsere Deutsche mitreisende ist schwer begeistert von so viel Professionalität. Wird gerne noch mal Ausflug nach Polen mit uns machen. Sehr wichtig war für uns viel zu sehen ohne in Stau zu stehen !!!! Das hat die Marzena uns auch ermöglicht - Danke . Alles gute für sie und für die Agentur -viele weitere Kunden.

Marzena hat eine sehr individuelle Tour mit uns gemacht und uns das von Warschau gezeigt, was uns am meisten interessiert hat. Sie spricht perfekt deutsch, weiß sehr viel über die Stadt und Stadtgeschichte und ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Mensch. 100% weiterzuempfehlen, beim nächsten Mal wollen wir eine weitere Tour machen :-)
